THE METHOD


For the event, Bucom found that the size of the hotels and easy air access for Las Vegas was both a strategic and cost effective advantage.

Bucom relied on its preferred ground transportation partner to provide reliable ground transportation within Las Vegas for airport transfers and off-sites events. Bucom Productions also acted as the lead production company and in liaison with other audio visual suppliers to ensure all meeting sessions ran seamlessly; managed equipment orders and needs to maximize audio visual meeting spend and minimize duplicate equipment orders; and enhanced continuity of meeting messages throughout all sessions. We were able to document one centralized line-itemed final audio-visual budget and bill with all supporting backup and discounts applied. Bucom staff was on site to manage all aspects of the program, including ground transportation, marketing and meeting material delivery, hosting the meeting information desk, adjusting all meeting function guarantees to maximize savings, to monitor total meeting spend and to act as the “control tower” for all meeting operations to ensure success.

Our experience was key to the success of the program because we had a thorough understanding of our client’s internal and sales force organizations that allowed us to successfully anticipate program needs. Bucom developed unique and exciting meeting themes and artwork that helped build anticipation for the meeting as well as strong brand recognition.
